Game Mechanics: Bard: Skill ups vs. Skill List

Ya im getting the same thing, Im 51 now and still they are red, I thought post 50 they would go up 4 or 5 per lvl.

But like you said, all my skills were lvled up to like 235 way before 50, but the skill box still shows 200 and red.

I would like to get some feed back from the game devs if this is a bug or as intended.
