I like german minimal electronic music. I also like some french and russian bands. Not so much EDM but just some styles of the electronic music.

Has that alternative vibe in the beginning then switches to screamo like... seems listenable. I haven't really listened to much rock lately but skinny puppy is decent canadian band.. some of Ohgr's stuff is good too.

Here is a polish black metal band I took a liking too recently. Neo folk melodic black metal. Interesting stuff.
