kinda hard to move when ive planted my feet in the ground to start a business here. either way im not too worried about it, i conceal carry for a reason.

I get where you're coming from, I really do, and given the same situation I would probably have bucked as well. However, I'd advise you to take a step back and analyze if this is all worth it. If you want to follow through with something then contact his parole officer. If I understood correctly, your landlord is friends with this guy right? That screws you over big time.
