Here's some advice: don't take financial advice from some neckbeard who thinks that a correction in the equity market means that the entire financial system is about to melt down. Stop reading 4chan and Reddit because people on those sites know fuckall about the economy.

If your 401k was predominantly composed of stocks then you should fire your financial planner. The key to investment is to DIVERSIFY.
