Imagine logging in to P99 tomorrow and everyone was a level 1 male cat beast master and there was no PVP, but everyone had a red name... but you are a 35 druid and you are stuck in dial a port, and you are stuck in kunark and they can't leave the moon. You brought your reading glasses because you figure by the time they level up you can read through few good books, but you drop your glasses and they break completely. Now imagine that you forgot to buy all of your DD spells and snare, so you just have SoW and Kunark ports and summon food... BUT NO SUMMON WATER!!!

That's what's going on here more or less.
