AC is a random spawn that can happen anywhere in half of a zone on any random night.
not sure why ac is compared here except you bring up a good point because when ac use to spawn in one location just like SF it was considered a camp.

For Vindi we had multiple channels going with full on discussion. Some in the raid thread, some on private forums and some in personal tells. We got every guild to sign saying that they were willing to come to the table to work out a system. The day that variance went in all communication came to a halt.

If it is removed, I assume communication will commence.
