I'm not that upset about it but I probably won't care when they reintroduce it. It's a novelty item. I mean, I guess I may put in effort to try to get the planking again, maybe get it, quest it, but what would guarantee it wouldn't just be taken away again in the name of a "bug".

Should remove every single rogue epic and refund all but the book of souls from the servers then...after all, same bug happens with the book of souls

Land, these currently has the same issue the PoHate Rogue book has (though possibly its classic and no one knew but I doubt it).

If you find a fixed spawn location, and its not there, camping out/in will spawn it on your screen to collect.

How about make all the BFG's in game now have no proc so they are not the full item and the future ones have the knockback like the og one? and remove all free planks .. happy all around?

That sucks. I didn't even know it was bugged. Just got up this morning, swam around the islands and was stoked to find one. So much for that.

I can understand removing the hundreds of banked planks. I feel like its overkill removing the BFGs from the people who have em. Not like theres hundreds of BFGs floating around. I'd be very surprised if there were more than 2 dozen completed BFGs on the server atm.

Why? If you have a full BFG, you get all 3 pieces back.

I interpreted it that you'd get the rope and wing, not the plank back. Those of us with BFGs having to get new planks later.
