This has been discussed by the devs and answered in other threads, raid drops are not changing.

I wouldn't mind the 4-5 loot dropping mobs being rare, but I think the raid mobs should drop their correct minimum at the very least.

Lord Bob shouldn't drop 0 and Tormax/Yelinak/Statue/Dain should all have a minimum of 3 + Head.

They did drop 3 as a minimum, and that's about the best evidence you can have, guild's updates from in-era kills.

We got 3 items from Gozzrem and Eashen so at least there is a chance for more than 2.

ToV seems accurate other than the intentional bias for 2 items off Vulak which is non classic and confirmed by Alunova.

Just my 2 cents. Think of this server. Think how many times you are going to drop all the top tier mobs. Yes, they aren't dropping 5 items, but in no time everyone is going to have the gear they are after.

Ask yourself, "Now what?"

Hurrying to the 'end' so to speak only dulls the experience. Savor the experience of Velious and make it last. And, most of all have fun!
