NM that was someone else with alot less facial surgery. I mean.. trans people DO tend to be over sensitive and if you call one "sir", like the little kid in the suit did, it's about the meanest thing you can say to their face and I'm not surprised at the reaction. Probably the worst reaction possible short of actually sending him to hospital, but it's understandable.

'sir' is the most accurate way to address him no matter which way you swing it. Fuck his feelings. Shapiro has numbers and science behind him.

I can't think of any other situation where someone is applauded for using their mental illness as a shield to keep themselves from getting treatment from that very mental illness

So the general population's suicide rate in the US is 1.6 %. Post-op transsexual suicide rate is about 4.1%. Hundreds of times higher than general population so sex changes aren't the solution, obviously.
