It doesn't do shit for damage any more. Even with 2hander the clear is terrible. You are better off with lightning storm ground smash or just about anything else. The nerfed elemental proliferation as well, so burning arrow is pretty sheet too.

Damn. I really liked my staff based CoC spectral throw templar. Also had a CoC vaal spectral throw with GMP and LMP in it, that thing would clear a crowd real fast.

That will still work if you scale your spell damage just use something else to level imo
