I am the same way. I just know that the majority of people who play or have played on naggy or vox will pick the OP classes. So expect a shitload of brigands, SKs, Rangers and Wardens.

I want to roll paladin, but I also am considering rolling a tracking class.

Well something like a Dirge would go well with all those classes you mention and still offer a different play style. Same with an enchanter. I guess if you are wanting to be great in 1v1 it could be frustrating.

If the game is so unbalanced where a team of 3 sks could take out a healer/tank/dps then I guess that would be a problem.

Man the gear currently for launch is borked. I hope they fix all the gear from 40-50, to make the stats more in line with everything else from 1-40. Item stats basically double in the last 10 levels. kinda messed.


Also there is no point on trying to test anything in pvp on current pvp servers, because item stats and abilities are beyond fucked for the first tiers. Hopefully this shit will be squared away on beta otherwise they might as well name the server "Scoutsland"

nothing will be changed, no items classes or zones it will just limit content by expansion, duno why people have all these expectations, you really think daybreak can buy eq2 fix all this shit the way you want it then release a server within 2 months?

Some thing will get changed. Not all. There will still be people complaining about what they see as broken.

I honestly think very little of DBG, but they seem to be servicing the fans as best they can given the resources for eq/eq2 (6 devs lol)

enchanter is possibly the best pvp class in the right hands. Illusionists can take out multiple groups. Its pretty insane.

or get killed in 1 ability by any stealth class or ranger, yes thats right rangers can stealth and use backstab type attacks from range : )

Ranger first char..Def fun with the flank and distance type abilities. I don't understand stealth though. My friend still saw me? Does it only invis you to the other team?
