Can't Troll SKs feign death?

Wow...played live for many years since 2000 and played p99 for 5+ years and I thought the same exact thing until I read this thread/the wikis. I have no idea why, but I always thought trolls had an extra like 1 Or 2 hp per tick than other races. Maybe because that's what da oogley stick/troll illusion gives. Who knows...
