apparently so, not us though. we left king well alone after gaining perma-intentional-train status.

if this is the standard now expect to see 2-3 camps at king all taking blows.

That's pretty crazy. The island/ledge was always fine and the staff even talked about it making it the official area claim camp to the king since the pathing and agro through walls was all jacked up. It had been on the books for a very long time. What's the exploit? The mobs can still agro/attack you on it.

I hate when people put pressure on King group. Like they owe some random dudes jealous the camp is taken timely pulls.

Maybe they just recovering from near wipe or emergency afk? Unless they sitting there not pulling for 45min leave em alone.

By the way this is just a tactic these peeps use to make you wipe so they can take the camp. While Kiixx training isn't appopriate (tho I love the vigilante justice), petition them if they steal your King.

what if they're at zone in doing nothing for 2 hours?...

surely there needs to be some sort of cut off time to allow other people to engage.
