Monk sucked in classic, although... Having a guise was OP because people couldn't root me. It was a weird bug because if you zoned over, you'd lose the illusion but then the root would be there. It was weird as fuck. Too bad I accidentally let it rot sometime in Velious. I actually almost rerolled Monk because they sucked in PvE, too but some gnome necro (forget the name, Benpus?) convinced me to stick with it. I even killed so many fucking dark elves my faction rolled over and was perma warmly in Neriak. Lol @ killing some DE with his guild's money doing jewelcrafting then zone plugging, only to have his guild camp the zoneline for the next hour before getting someone to come evac me. They became pretty OP in Kunark due to TStaff and Innerflame. Shit, I remember when the robe was bugged and would give me max haste when stacked with a haste item. It was probably around then I kicked your shit in and you got all mad. | ||

I was evil team, all you monks sucked until T staff days I guess. By then I was well off the server once PDM recruited the entire server at opening of kunark.
So don't think I ever had a chance to get owned by any monks | ||

Yea it wasnt PDM yet, but it was the cross teaming guild that became PDM later. Same people cross teaming it up to win the server lol such broken mechanics. That server sucked ass after kunark release.
Im glad you found this server, but no lightie or PDM member will ever be worth anything to me. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] My group on that server was Himaru , some dark elf necro that I sold on kunark release for like 1500 , and my RL ogre warrior friend named Cangan. Mostly tagged Minions of Zek early levels, and Blood tribe with the russians later. Had two RL friends in ur guild, Caliban, and Rykus, way early on in classic. Such a waste of memory all this shit...................... | ||
