On the contrary, if the game matters so little to you that you wouldn't quit, it's just too late to reason with you. You really do have this supposed P99 "disease."

But for a little perspective of my POV: on a typical day, I play FreeCell and/or Sudoku longer than I do P99. Removing the persistence of an MMO basically turns it into a game like FreeCell, and I already haz one of those.

Enchanter would be a fun class to reroll though, I'd give it a shot and see how far I could make it.
