Extra regen, terrible stats, kos everywhere, ac bonus, no slam, no plate

Those are your choices.

Ultimately I'd argue the most important factor is what look you like the best.

I went troll. I like being ugly. I like big boy stats. I love regen.

It's probably more useful for the truly hard stuff like Lodizal and WW Dragons.
