There are enough players to pull this off but it is hard motivating vets to play for new players. They want to use the new players for their own gains or just go off and do their own thing. Holocaust was fortunate enough to have a good group of vet players that were willing to work for new players.

Exactly. I don't understand why they don't freaking merge. Sent Fresh leader a pm about it yesterday and he said they weren't planning on merging...was disappointing. Need a fricking batphone too cmon now ffs it's 2015 and P99.
