everytime I close the program and go to open it again later and log on that'll happen.

I end up just deleting the folder and redoing it from your rar, and adding in p99's spell uh.. update. really a pita ^^

I looked up your error code specifically and nothing matched.
The best you can do is read all of these threads. Any version of the titanium client from any source will have random bugs for random systems. It's weird.

just doing a vague search for memory errors yields a lot of results. one of these solutions should work for you
