Great news Rogean, finally recognised for your efforts. I played on live from 1999, left at dodh... thanks to p1999 i was able to re-live the classic eq. now i am back on live and eagerly awaiting the new progression server [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] once you get Velious out i will be back and to p1999.

i can only see good things for both streams... people will play on both feeling more at ease... i hope it makes both DBG and P1999 live long and prosper

So my only question about this deal is this: does this mean that you guys are legally going to be able to "patch" the client now (ie higher res classic ui, or adjustments for classicness)? Or does this just confirm everything's gravy between you two?

Would be amazing if this was absorbed and had a monthly fee. We could get a lot more servers and no doubt would be the most popular servers.
