Good topic. I think it's something we avoid talking about. In complete seriousness, I think Rogean and Nilbog would be doing a huge service to mankind to pull the plug on this server. On the contrary, I used it as a crutch to get me through some bad times. Eq helped me in a large way.

Honestly, I came away relatively unscathed. My pot addiction cost me the first six months of my children's lives, but video games have only recently started to seem like a waste of time. Got plenty of great years out of them.

Really, I would have just read more books and done more drugs without gaming.
