Spells: Most/All DoTs are 1 tick short

It'd be nice to get the optional bonus tick too, but one step at a time I spose. We really need the +1 to all DoTs added.

All DoTs in general. There's no reason it would be PvP specific.

ya splurt and sounds like all dots are still 1 tick short (not even including the possible bonus tick if timed right with the server 6sec tic)
