Was Holocaust's name change consistent with previous guild wide punishments?

Some guild leaders have had action taken against them for certain things pertaining to their guild and others haven't. Need a good, concise ruling in regards to what's tolerable and what's not.

Continuing to forumquest for bans or self-righteous causes will just further our unknown debacle of a "legal" system.

I would have voted for every member of the guild be banned.

The guild name was already pushing the limits. And you have to admit, the guild name was just asking for someone to see how far they could push it. Doing stuff like that in some countries would get you arrested IRL.
