Yeah I know you're trying to sound really knowledgeable and intelligent but EQ isn't hard.

Out of your 30 (or even your entire guild):
How many have VP keys?
How many have epic?
How many are lvl 60?
How many have resist gear? Or know the appropriate resist checks for roots/snare/blind after tash/malo?
How many maintain a positive k/d?
How many carry pumice/potions?
How many know all the PVE encounters?
How many know their role in mass PVP or even how to use /assist and /targ effectively?
How many are using a decent UI and/or keybinds?

I'm sorry, I don't really know you, you seem to mean well but I'm not following you.
i guess what im saying is that we are bringing the majority of the people to the encounters and should follow Fresh's loot system. random 100 in a round robin style isnt bad. have seen plenty of people get loot just ask some of the FoH members that joined us on a couple raids. they had a druid that made out like a bandit in fear and he was up against 4 of our druids, or in hate there bard got some ok planar and he was up against 3 of our bards. noone bitched and complained because they were there to lend a hand.

Not one thing I mentioned had anything to do with difficulty, I'm well aware EQ has a low skill-cap/APM. But preparation is important when you plan on fighting out-numbered.

I'm not sure really sure what this means? I'm just filling you in on why you are not getting what you think is your "fair share" when it comes to potential alliances, despite bringing more people. I'd rather fight with 10 people who can answer yes to that list then 30 people who can barely check 3 or 4 of them.

The only way it would work is for the officers to make the decisions and agreements. at this point there is so much bad blood with the leaders that nothing could be worked out otherwise. so yes a council would be the best way to do it but unless most of the guild leaders are willing to pull there heads out of there asses to initially set this up its like beating a dead horse.

that's what has to happen unless you want no dragon pvp and server to die eventually, its really not hard for 5 grown middle aged men to come to an agreement on forming a new guild with standards everyone agrees upon..jesus
I wonder why holocaust is on top

I'm counting on you, Sir, to document and forumquest all of this. Bankroll Smedy and Bestow, i want fraps evidence and livestream if possible. As many ventrilo recording as possible, we need evidence.

These messageboards need some good entertaining drama. Max hating Lite. Resistance martyring themselves. Holocaust calling for 'petition' or 'recruit more' is getting tired. The anti-semitic outrage was trite and shortlived. I want some good, hard, drama. HB, i'm counting on you, dawg.
