Default Referenced Memory Error

I would like to start this off by please asking anyone for help. I want to first start by saying I have scowered the FAQs and googled every possible solution for this issue. I am running with Windows 8. I tried changing my resolution multiple times and nothing seems to work. I deleted all files and re-downloaded everything. If anyone has any advice I would love to hear it.

pls describe your problem by answering the following:
how are you launching the game?
at what point does the game give this error.
is your install completely stock, or have you made any modifications?
are you using the titanium client? if so, where did you get the install medium?

your post is unclear, and though i would like to help you, im not sure i can with the info given.

when u tried changing your resolkution, did you do it through the game or did you manually change the settings file? good luck and i hope to hear from you

I am launching the game from the Launch Titanium from within the project99 files...
This error occurs when I try to log into a server. My install hasn't been messed with besides to replace titanium with the project99 files... I changed my resolution manually in the settings file.

Try doing these for starters:

First, id run it in compatibility mode for 7, vista, or earlier, and run it as Admin. Second, go to your install directory, click OptionsEditor, and adjust resolution there to something like 800x600 till you get in game. And lastly, don't install EQ in Program Files, it has potential issues.

Game should be launched from EQGame.exe shortcutted on your desktop, after doing the proper steps like adding patchme, and all that jazz.

None of the solutions are helping, and my EQ files aren't in Program files either. I don't know what to do honestly.
