lol there are so many holes in their plan to have Voting keep the server progressing slowly... first of all, I think that the people that would like to stay in classic, lower expansions are a drastic minority, i mean look at p99 there are people here that want luclin and PoP and shit.. let alone the vast majority of people that think Vellious is the best era.

I started this post when I got to rule #4. you must be within 20 levels of the current level cap to [vote] Lol that is outrageous... obviously the people that would NOT want the expansions to unlock, are the lower level, people that like to wander around the karanas not leveling but just looting meat and shit, look at greengrocer, hes fuckn lvl 1! lol

anyway.. I just like to laugh at Sony and all their stupid asshattery when it comes to running EQ

Mark my words, all expansions will roll out with a 'yay' vote being the majority every time haha

Rule #4 is listed under how the current servers work, and the new servers will have a vote on if they are going to vote for unlocks or just have them timed.

Pretty cool. Love hardcore server rules in theory, but this not for me. I would only end up stuck at level 6 every night.

they wont release luclin because i guess cats arent classic. although luclin was my favorite expansion over all

Ya Luclin and original EQ were the best of all-time. Followed by Kunark, then Velious. Excited for Velious, but once Velious has been expended for a long time it would be wonderful to look at Luclin as a possibility. Been with the project since 2009, and will never give up faith that it will be a strong possibility. Very admirable of them to do the Discord too. One of the happiest days of my p99 life to hear this progressive, and community satisfying news.
