Question Concordance of Research bug

This may already be known. As a necromancer I have both the book of dark bindings for spell research and also the Concordance of Research which allows necros to work on getting research skill up. I was at the bank with no inventory except the two books and my weight was 63/65 and could not figure out why. The COR weight is 4.0 and the dark bindings book is like .04 . When i removed the COR and put it in the bank my carry weight dropped to 32/65. for some reason this book is registering as 33 in weight. Not game breaking or anything. I did not have anything inside the books at the time.
I'm curious if anyone else has noticed this or if this has happened to others.

To compound it, Concordance of Research should only weigh 0.2.

But bugs should be reported in the Petitions forum.
