Zuranthium and Rag are actually the ideal kind of recruit. Not too bright, ridiculous playtime, don't ask any questions, no self respect so they can be easily abused, not scared to be YT'd. That last one is the most important of them all.

A recruit not scared to get YT's gets exposed to the most amount of situations. Most times they will get themselves YT'd, but sometimes right place right time hits and they just got one of your assists killed.

it would appear that fresh's loot policy includes a clause that says if tunak doesn't like you, your contributions won't be rewarded

holocaust disagrees with that system and does not like banking/destroying items in front of mains who need them

I sure as fuck would not epic someone who is constantly fighting with other members in front of other guilds to the point where they ended up killing each other. Certainly would not let that shit fly as many times as you guys have.
