PB>IFS at level ~43, but the difference is only 1% at level 46 and only 3% at 60. So if you are choosing it as a tanking weapon in groups, consider the IFS for weight and taking less damage from damage shields and ripostes.
The Adamantite Club + SoS combo does more damage than either of these starting in the low-mid 30s. And though you didn't ask, the Adamantite Club + SoS combo becomes more DPS than SoS x2 right about your level.

I'd go for the peacebringer over the IFS. That 40 delay with RNG will drive you crazy if its your main weapon - even with FBSS haste.
I run the AC/SoS combo for DPS and for Tanking (More swings+proc=more aggro) and keep an IFS (lightweight) bagged for Damage Shield mobs. Just my 2 cents as a 51 Monk

k I got one more question, what about Ada club + Ada club? Since I'm closing in on 50 (48.5) and that's when the Ada club starts proccing stun, should I use 2 of those to maximize my stun potential?

No, SoS ratio is too good, and why would you want to stun and draw aggro? You won't really be soloing after 50.

And I just realized the Ada Club is lore anyway, so that wouldn't work out :P
