Because one of the sides is too fucked up to pull it together and show up. They're busy farming Sebilis and RMTing and bitching in ooc and on the forums.

All. The. Fucking. Time.

Consider this for a moment. 50 Azrael vs 50 Holocaust. Fighting it out for VS or PD or whatever. Sure, your top group will have Lite and Deluxee, but our top group will have Colgate and Gongshow. To fill out your fifty, though, you need some people who aren't completely amazing, because there probably aren't 100 amazing pvp players on R99, and there certainly aren't 100 on at the same time.

With 50, you have multiple clerics and bards and shit. People get dragged and rezed back into the fight. Instead of one side getting dunked on, everyone gets to take part in the fun, even if they die a couple times.

That's the server I want to play on. The small crew BiS thing is elitist and fascist, and it's much more appropriate to a private server.

tl;dr: If you sincerely wanted dragon pvp, you'd show up with the numbers to fight for it.
