I do not have the hyperlink due to work firewalls but... the vote is up / cast / finished / I dont know the status of it. Someone hinted that time locked progression server is the clear leader atmo but who knows.

I dont know if any of you remember when SoE decided to create a challenging server where it was PvP enabled and if you died you would have to restart level 1 losing everything. Was one of the most fun servers i had played. Hardcore like, necros were everywhere.
