Any old Karana server Players? OFFICAL THREAD!

Wow! I recognize most guild names and some names. I started on Karana at beginning of Velious and played off/on through Omens. My good friend Maxtin Freeman (Gnome Mage) got me hooked. I was in Sacred Order of Shadows which was part of the Ashborne Alliance(so many great times). I was a Halfling Druid by the name of Giovanii Freeman.

Just started yesterday on this server and brings back so many great memories that I'm going to try to get my friend to play with me again. I'm playing a halfling druid again by the name of Giovannii(not very original I know).

Adding my name to this thread after discovering via a search.

I was (am) a Wood Elf Ranger called Dalston - I played Karana from Velious to GOD - i.e. when EQ2 was released.

Was always a regular casual player in mildly serious / family guilds but much of my time was in Ancient Adventurers where I was an Officer.

I certainly remember some big Guilds mentioned here - Grey Hawke being one of them - along with Silver Daggers, Quo Vadis, Blaze of the Immortals.

I have been back playing and enjoying what is now The Rathe server. but long gone are many of the players I spent so much time with including:

Laeilye - ended at Grey Hawke but I was guilded with in my early levels

Grams, Zymyool, Vonlivae, Gialla, Jovieve/Aeryenne, Ladylake, Agadatua, Wolfendo and others from Ancient Adventurer days

Towinda - one of the funniest (albeit on the edge of humour consistently) players I had the pleasure of knowing.

Neenya and her brother Wadarriar

Adriac and her sister Darklanie / Teauvilye who since moved to Stromm

Brizzania - my dearest EQ friend

I have caught up with Agadatua and Wolfendo, who are still playing and now Level 100. I have been duoing with one of my longest friends Yojim since returning and rediscovering how to play!
