Meditation: Sit or Spellbook

Maybe it's obvious to everyone else, but i forgot to train a point into meditation when I hit level 8.

Remember to train a point into it!

For my own satisfaction I timed it one time while shopping in EC. I gave everyone in casting range SoW and/or regen till literally OOM, opened the book and timed it with a stopwatch to FM. emptied the mana bar again and just sat down, no book.
The difference was maybe 2 seconds, which is of course accounting for human error in starting the stopwatch vs. mana ticks.

I don't remember how much raw mana i had at max, but at the time I was a lvl 19 or 20 troll shaman with 137 wisdom and a little +mana gear. It took right about 7 minutes to go from 0-2 mana to full.
