The fact is that r99's PNP contains a "loot 'n' scoot" clause entitling the defeated to reclaim their corpses without interference by the victors, so your conjecture is wrong.

How is that any different than now? Let's just exclude the 2nd half of your statement and assume that no one is going to let their corpses rot over LNS.
