You have access to the quests in Luclin and Kunark that can be completed by only visiting the zones:

Shar Vahl
Shadeweavers Thicket
Field of Bone
Cabilis (both sides)

Which means, some of the newbie quests actually work, but since most of them also use items from outside those zones (LOIO, SONH,etc) many of the quests can not be completed at this point in time

Using abacab's client is opening the startup page where you have to press OK in fullscreen even though I have it set to windowed and none of my mouse clicks register. Can't progress beyond this.

You're using EQW, right? Does a little window pop up asking you to target the eqgame exe?

i've realized my error, it was targeting the eqgame of a different everquest directory

Mmmm caught a typo in my instructions...

3. Unzip EQMac - Windows - eqmule - into the EQMac directory overwriting any files it needs to. Send a shortcut of EQQ.EXE to your desktop and under the compatibility tab make it run as an Admin.

Should read "Send shortcut of EQW.EXE to your desktop"
