No lil dragon raider Blind can be CURED and DISPELLED

MELEE's can channel here just like casters.

The only thing that is in a vacuum is your head.

pumice kinda sucks cause you can and totally will resist it, even debuffed. it like calculates it as a low level spell w/e level the spell is when it is gotten as a spell instead of casting players level
