If you've ever played on a server that allowed two boxing, when you opened the second client the first one would go very dark until you got to the login screen on the second. Sounds like they made a change to when the video settings kicked in based on the patch notes and something backfired horribly.

Anyone noticing other issues like resolution, clip distance, spell effects, etc? Or is it gamma only?

Haynar: Removed adjusting gamma until after display is initialized.


So classic was I have to sit down and THEN camp out? nah I dont remember that lol now we have to sit down then type camp, when before /camp would camp you out even when standing.
I just logged off with hopes that I can return again AFTER this has been fixed because right now the game is too dark for me to even play and this sucks.

With Lguk mobs warping, minotaur in lord room & wan knights in frenzy, I didn't bother to play much more.

I was way too sober to accept that kind of shit.

Sounds like Haynar made it so the gamma isn't adjusted until the display is initialized.
