Levant is extremely useful. Many times casting Levant is far faster than traversing a zone.

Example: Hammer into OT, if you're headed to say... Droga to farm, Levanting will dump you at FM zone line. Saves you several minutes of running even with SoW.

When Velious drops, larger zones, Levant will be even more useful.

Quivering is a backup to Harmshield. It has its uses, especially in PoSky when jumping from Island 7->2.

I believe Velious is when the night time only restriction was removed from Levant. We used it all the time to jump across SG.
