I think hit box is fine, especially for players with 280+ latency. One thing I can't figure out is why I have 150 latency to US wow servers but almost double that to p1999.

The hit chance is really where the problem is. Everyone landing 95% of their hits is pretty whack. My monk back in the day landed just over 60% of my melee hits in pvp, while things like Mage pets ripped things up with an 80-90% hit rate for max damage (although by planes of power pets weren't as devastating due to players large hp pools and they were made harder to cc by inheriting their owners resists).
