How would litigation being made public help anything?

Only thing it would show is what an insufferable cunt everyone becomes when they are accused of something.

Well hopefully, there would be less petitions because no one wants to be seen as a insufferable cunt. Also, it would force a standard for how decisions are made and how punishments are handed out. Maybe even cut down on rulings altogether since most of them require you to prove innocence instead of guilt.
