think the point is a bard died in an outdoor zone to anymore, and didnt cure disease or poison or click pumice on his pyrocure, but instead spammed SS bp....

Well I mean good for him not hugging zonelines with raid buffs and plugging at the first sign of any possible danger

I'm curious sometimes how at ultra grave yard hours that people get full raid buffs from multiple classes tho

Is there that much account sharing and people responding to buff me bat phones or what

Something is wrong when you know playing by the rules puts you at a severe disadvantage you know?

Stop relying on some kind of IP trace stuff and just observe. It's obvious and should be immediate ban with no second chances. Because odds are they've done it 100s of times before you caught them.
