I just played sports for 3.0 hours and loved every minute of it.

i did not play sports today but I did spend 2.0 hours reading a book and loved every minute of it.

I know I should. I used to enjoy long runs in the Army. Perhaps I will get back into that or hiking. More outside and less EQ/FQ is definitely the right choice though [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Those 8 mile Friday morning runs to try and keep us out of jail on the weekends. 8)

Recently got into mountaineering. Nothing beats hitting a new summit and the peaceful isolation that winter climbing brings.

Get outside, NERDS!
