Ozoden's offer lets you keep the tunic so long as you make all the payments. He's charging a heavy premium though, which may or may not be reasonable... there is a considerable amount of risk being taken by him so it's hard to say.
Long story short, you'll likely have a hard time finding someone willing to front you a Fungi at straight up market value both because of the risk involved as well as TVM (time value of money) which basically means that 35k spread over X weeks is not as valuable as 35k right now.
All this being said, I don't have a fungi to offer (I'm currently saving up for one myself after I sold my last one to partially fund the character I'm now buying for), but I do wish you the best of luck in obtaining one... I've seen you consistently around EC tunnel so I don't doubt you can save up for it eventually one way or another.
