Wow. Some really n ice UIs here. I have a couple questions:
Does anyone have a decent UI for those of us without 1,000,000 Resolution? When I first installed EQ for P99 I had both of my hotbars. I had to reinstall windows and with it titanium and now my second hotbar is gone. I have tried displaying it in the options but nothing happens. I made all the same UI changes as I did the first time but no go. I have now installed EQ several times and still have access to only one hotbar. I guess, if someone has a good answer to my first question, my second question is moot. Thanks

Here is my UI, simple but organized. It used the modified velious UI for P1999. Only chance I made was using the old buff window. If you would like to setup my UI. Save the velious.zip and exact it to a folder names velious in your EQ uifiles directory. Save the UI_CharacterName_project1999.ini the install directory of EQ. First backup your characters .ini file. Instead of CharacterName it will have the name of your toon. Then rename this file in place of CharacterName to your toons name. Example if your toon is named Fred, the file should be renamed like this, UI_Fred_project1999.ini
Please keep in mind that my resultion is 1440x900 so you have have to adjust yours. You can download these two files from the link here: http://www.mediafire.com/yak [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

You have to do a lot of moving around of the windows from their initial location, so make sure you know how they are supposed to fit together. Also, I think by default one of the inventory windows is not visible, but Alt-W brings it up.

I passed it around the forums awhile back, need to just go to eqinterface.com or something close to that and search for quartz 2. I don't personally have an actual link to it.
