That's the fun in the game. Learning how to do things better. Faster, with less clearing, with less people, with less mana used. Innovation in those ends are why I enjoy playing. Plus... ClassicQuest.

We'll ignore zerging, min/max'ing ("omg dont invite that ranger to pull, but yeah we'll take the iksar monk at 44% penalty") and Chardok AOE then.

Spectres were great for me as a dark elf cleric. Camped the ones in Feerott, all it took was running to the vendors outside Oggok, gating back and doing some more - earnt plenty of TunnelQuest tokens [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I heard it kind of slumps off after the receiver hits 30. Is it still possible/worth while after that? My buddy is 60 with some decent gear. I'm a 38 cleric. If it is worth while, I would love to get your inputs on potential strategy.

It's better than a group. Just dot merbs (soul well staff + dots) and zone out near death. Or feign. Either works (I've used the dot + zone out with a shaman when I was in a pinch for 50+ PLing, worked well).
