Nizzar did get banned actually. He has paid his debt to society and has been a model citizen ever since.

That's absurd. What's the deterrent to RMT then? You get banned, have a level 60 in a week, back to normal and selling loot again.

When did you think it was ever different? What game does anything different?

I'm not sure why people are surprised that it is possible to make new accounts whenever you want.

If you are insinuating you want them to take it a step further and ban his IP do you think it would change the end result?

Lots of places on the internet ban people who come back.

Why wouldn't they reban him? Am I talking to morons here or..? I mean the guy just rerolled a the same name with one added consonant. That's the same guy, ban him.
