There is a good reason I don't have the drive now and so many guilds die out after an initial surge. It will take its toll on every officer and especially the leader. Don't take the decision lightly because people are going to put their faith in you.

Plan the guild out and get a solid foundation in place before you start building. Figure out who among you will be the leader and how many officers there will be and what roles each of you will perform. I like the number seven so we had two Raid Officers, two Recruitment Officers, two Guild Officers to help me take care of the day to day stuff and my job was to resolve conflicts between guildies especially but with all the people outside the guild they pissed off.
The specifics will be up to the core group, but everything will go smoother when everyone knows their job and can focus on it exclusively. There will be a thousand unexpected headaches at least and somedays you will feel like you are babysitting spoiled kids on a sugar rush.

I will gladly help you and whomever else figure out a plan and get the basics set up if you all would like some assistance. Just PM me or something and we can discuss it outside a public forum.

Yeah took Azrael the champions of anti-Nihilum contesting to refuse to aid them. Then Azrael was crushed shortly after.

Goog example of Lite leadership skills.

Not quite how it went down. But I can see how someone that hugs nuts as tight as you do could get the story confused.

Love when the nuthugger comments start. Lite blames HB, HB blames Lite. I don't know/care what happened. Willing to give my pal HB the benefit of the doubt on this one, mostly because if Lite is involved and it gets fucked up there is a 100% chance it was something he did.

Just history repeating itself for the 50th time.

Mistakes made on both sides. I have no problems with the Rd members that went to nihilum. Heartbrand still a good guy.

You however are a nut swinger and don't get to have an opinion about what happened.
