I'll do $800 contingent on 25% from every treat until I'm paid back, then 5% from every treat until I make $5k.

I'll also do the LLC for you free of charge since I'm an attorney, and handle all your accounting [requesting the EIN, doing your tax returns, counseling you on tax consequences etc.]

shhhhh let her just start bagging treats and selling them, thinking that is all you need to do to run a LLC

I'm already registered with the New Mexico Tax & Rev Department, doing that is free.

Magnanimous Heartbrand, attorney at law, rebuffed at every turn.

That last deal was the one to take for sure. 5k+repaid investment not a lot imo.
