I intend to implement an OOC monitor, but it will be separate from everything relating to PvP.

make a link to OOC timestamp of YT so if we see someone killed, we can quickly see the OOC that correlates need ez luls

Needs a multiplier depending on the level of npc's in zone.
Crushbone = 0 multiplier
Vp = Max.
