Rumor has it IB killed 3x OoA's on Tuesday in retaliation for TMO coming up to kill their Noble on tuesday. Anyone care to confirm/deny?

Aren't mobs that have an FTE shout considered raid targets and therefore raiding?

IB wouldn't kill raid targets b/c they're suspended.

i heard guild shinko killed them. Then got disbanded from the GMs

Noble has an FTE message. Noble is not considered a raid target. He is fair game during a suspension.

YNYD was in effect and all guilds agreed to honor that. TMO, in order to rub it in to IB, took their Tuesday Noble. IB took 3 OOAs to retaliate. Taken killed thursday's Noble+OOA. No Nobles/OOAs left for anyone.

I mean that is a great story. I just hope you don't really believe that. No one was trying to "Rub it in to IB". Noble is a raid target. Being suspended includes not killing Noble and the mobs that spawn after Noble dies. Why put an FTE shout on Noble if he wasn't a contested raid target like every other mob that is considered such ? Now if the GMs want to clarify now that he isn't that is fine by me. However Noble has always been considered a raid target or FTE would not be the rule on the mob.

I have confirmed it with Sirken. All Sky mobs are Free Game during Suspensions.
