Who's hiding behind forum rules? I've had countless people talk stupid amounts of shit to me/about me, calling out my decisions or me as a GM, and have never banned anyone for it.

If you talk poorly about the other staff members that's likely going to be a different story. I'm not a fan of my fellow hard working volunteers getting insulted for putting in long hours helping the server.
